A compact 48-channel digital console built around Allen & Heath’s XCVI FPGA DSP engine. The SQ5 fits a lot of mix capability into a small footprint — 17 motorised faders across 6 layers give access to 96 assignable channel strips, and the 7-inch touchscreen handles routing, processing, and FX without external gear.
The SQ5 starts with 16 local XLR inputs and expands further via the SLink port using Allen & Heath’s stage box range when more inputs are needed at front-of-house or monitor world.
